Bryant Dope - THE INTRODUCTION

Inspired by Harold Hunter's Zoo York skateboarding mix-tape released in 1997.

On May 16th, eighteen year old Queens, New York rapper Bryant Dope self-released his second mixtape, 'Everyday Life'. The mixtape, which had little to no promotion behind it, became an instant blog favorite.

With this sudden explosion onto the internet, the eighteen year old Queens rapper is taking it back to the basics, for "The Introduction". Filmed through a fisheye lens, on location at NYC's Bleecker Street Records, Dope runs through the record store, paying homage to some of the hip hop pioneers who paved the way for him.
