"Higher Learning: The 90's Tape" is a project that captures 10 years through audio expression. The 90's was an era that valued being cool through originality and displaying individuality. This project pays homage to all those elements that made the 90's the "Golden Era" of Hip Hop and ultimately layed the foundation for all aspiring artists in one way or another. -r.O.b
