Support: Split Prophets - Scribbled Thoughts

Speaking of the Krate Krusaders , Badhabits (half of Krate Krusaders) completely produced this last October released project, by the Split Prohets (Hi Res & Upfront Mc)

"Hi-Res & Upfront are two emcees hailing from south Bristol representing the Split Prophets crew. Although relatively new to the scene they have already caused a stir with their anthemic debut single 'Aint Amused'. Soon followed by 'Two Kids' and 'Drop Of Poision', all taken from their debut EP 'Scribbled Thoughts'. Their unique yet versitile flows leave a mark on listeners and captivate audiences without using bravado or false egos to sell themselves, they really do have a truely organic sound that appeals to a wide spectrum of people. For their live show they are accompanied by Badhabitz from Krate Krusaders on the 1's and 2's cooking up the rhythms, so far they have supported acts such as Akil The Emcee (Jurassic 5), Stig of the dump, Buggsy, Rodney P and Skitz. These two are definatly ones to watch over the coming years!!."

"In this new era, everybody's getting shelved, and it's partly 'cause nobody wants to try to be themselves."- Erick Arc Elliott
Erick Arc Elliott is a passionate and ambitious artist, rapper, producer, songwriter, and musician that hails from the Flatbush area of Brooklyn, New York.
With influences that include Wu-Tang, John Lennon, Jay-Z, Gil Scott Heron, and System of a Down, it's no surprise that Erick's music is as diverse and organic as he is. Utilizing various tools such as vintage synthesizers, lush pads, ambient chords, and a digital piano identical to those used by Herbie Hancock, Phil Collins, and The Beastie Boys in the 80s, Erick is able to create music that is inspired by and pays homage to his influences, while allowing him to simultaneously express his own unique identity.
Having independently released three solo albums, Erick enjoys an international fan base. His latest effort, Almost Remembered, has earned positive reviews worldwide, including a feature in MTV UK's "The Wrap Up."
To contribute to an already broad musical palette, Erick also makes up one-third of the rap group, Flatbush Zombies, and is the sole producer for the group. The video for their recent hit, "Thug Waffle," became an instant Internet sensation, garnering over 3,000 views in just 24 hours.
Prior to the success with the Flatbush Zombies, Erick also co-produced a song entitled "Family Matters," a b-side cut on the exclusive bonus disc for Columbia Records duo, Cults. The release sold only in the UK for a limited-time only.
Whether it's through his lyrics, his performances, or his production, Erick wants his music to touch listeners at their core – invoking enthusiastic cries of, "It's been awhile since I heard sh** like this!"

Support : ScholarMan - Worth Fighting

Freshly released project by the Maryland emcee/producer ScholarMan.

“Worth Fighting For” is my eighth retail album since I first began releasing distributed works back in 2004. Worth Fighting For is a testament to the many years of toil I have put in to not only building my craft but also growing and improving as a man and a father. The title of the album represents a question as well as a statement – are your dreams worth fighting for? Your dreams ARE worth fighting for. With that said, this album is another building block within my own struggle as an independent artist. As Talib Kweli once said, my struggle has been a “beautiful one.” I don’t have any regrets with the amount of blood, tears and sweat that I have put into my dream. Over the years I have called my brand of hip-hop “revolutionary” because with every album I reinvent and improve my sound, delivering something new and unique to the hip-hop genre. Recently I have also borrowed the term “hip-hop soul” because I have always been an advocate of presenting music that comes from the soul containing much substance. As always this album contains my ups, downs, loves, opinions and more. I hope you enjoy my latest and greatest. Thanks for the support."
